Endocrinologist 's  Response
Dear Andrea,

Good day.
Majority of the doctors are kind and compassionate and are not money minded. We learned the art of medicine to help people, not to become rich.

Coming to your question, The lesion in pituitary could be due to a number of conditions. With your multiple symptoms, I suspect that the pituitary gland is producing excess of hormones which can make your cortisol levels high. Besides people with Hypothyroidism ( hashimoto's) will develop enlargement of pituitary if the dosage of Levothyroxine is not enough.

How is your vision ? Do you have headaches or pink stretch marks in your body ?

We need to do a number of hormonal tests before further advice can be given. You need to meet a local Endocrinologist who can help you further. You will also need an eye check up depending on the size of pituitary swelling. I truly wish if I could help you, but living thousands of miles away, I am helpless. I am sure that you can meet a nice, friendly endocrinologist who can discuss things at you, examine you and advice further. Don't feel depressed. Help is out there. You just have to ask. PLEASE MEET AN ENDOCRINOLOGIST NEAR TO YOUR PLACE.

Best Wishes and May God bless you

Kind Regards

Binu
