How To Treat Dry Cough,fatigue And Appetite Loss Post Viral Fever?
My mother (Age 66,Bangalore,India,Cold climate) is very tired after she got high fever on last week. Day1,2,3:Cough Day 4:Hight fever,[Doctor Said Viral fever.] Vomited 3 times,Mucus in stool. Took Dolo 650 mg(paracetamol) 1-1-1,Mucolite(ambrosol 5mg, 1-1-1) Day 5: Fever reduced, Took Dolo 650 mg(paracetamol) 2 times, Mucolite(ambroxol 5ml, 1-1-1) Day 6,7,8: No fever, But very tired with Cough, Mucolite(ambrosol 5mg, 1-1-1) Day 9,10: No fever, But very tired with Dry Cough. Started giving PolyBion in the morning. The tiredness and week ness is still there.No head ache.less appetite. Please suggest me if she required any need of blood test or re-consultation?

As you describe, it appears that she had the weakness, due to the vomiting, mucous in stools, diet restriction, and the antibiotics.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms infusion of fluids, ranitidine, B complex.
Let her take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to have good recovery, and resistance against infections.
