How To Treat Dizziness, Lightheadedness And Appetite Loss?
Yes my girlfriend is feeling loss of appetite , lower stomach and pack pain , she is dizzy and light headed when standing always feels like throwing up and is in constant pain all the time , however doctors have ran multiple test and they find nothing and they look at her crazy because they find something but my girlfriend is not te same please help me

I really appreciate your concern, nonspecific symptoms could be likely, some time it could be due to hyperacidity and this can be managed with, Tab Omeprazole 40 mg " once in day and "Chlorpromazine 10 mg" three times in day Chlorpromazine could cause toxicity and care need to be taken for this, (Medical super vision is must ) hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
