How To Treat Diarrhea?

What food is causing me to have diarrhea?
Morning- i eat crackers
Lunch- A sandwich with mayonaise and ham
dinner- Rice with chicken or beef.

I have like 2-5 diarrhea a day.

Im 16 years old and I'm lactose intolerant. About 2 months ago i started having diarrhea almost every single day.

*You have to follow certain necessary steps for strict basis to recover.
- take plenty of liquids - preferably boiled water, coconut water, green tea,
coffee , rice water, butter milk to maintain your hydration levels.
- switch on totally veg diet including cereals, pulses, legumes, yoggurt,plain
rice
- avoid all oily / spicy / nonveg stuffs / beverages / crackers / sandwich /
chicken / beef / ghee / cheese / excess sugar
- take small amount of food at intervals
- avoid smoking / alcohol / any abuse substances if used
- have adequate sleep of 8 hours
- avoid stress / anxiety
- avoid prolong fasting / overeating
- keep your stomach empty by 20% after every lunch & dinner
- do regular light exercises at home with YOGA , fresh air walking to boost
up your gut immunity
- chew your food very thoroughly
- avoid exposure to excess heat
