How To Treat Diabetes And Kidney Stone?

I am 62 with dibetes #2 .Recently I had fever . Ultra sound report say an stone of 11mm and acyst of 32mm inmid upper pole of right kidney.two calcified densities at mid pole of 7.6 and 5,6 mm in left kidney.Renal function test is within range. Lever function test show billiribin out of range.2nd lft test after 19 days show abnormality in sgpt ,whereas globullins in both test is out of range.I am surprised where to start. Sugar or lever or kidney stone.

You needto take low carbohydrate, low protein ,healthy fat balanced diet.
Consume small meals rather than big meals
Consume more of whole grains rather than refined cereal.learn to eat food through carbohydrate counting.Add a bowl of vegetable salad in your every meal .
Drink plenty of water and consume low protein diet ,sources of protein are chicken, fish,meat,eggs,milk, cheese, pulses and beans helps in excretion of renal caliculis.
