How To Treat Chest Pain?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here.. Good morning, I woke up with a soreness in my chest when i TAKE DEEP BREATHS or when i bend over I'm also creating flem can you advise me I'm not a smoker and have no problems with asthma and whizzing etc

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, we should rule out lung infection because it can cause chest pain on breathing and phlegm.
So get done chest x ray.
If chest x ray is normal then no need to worry for lung infection.
Sometimes simple musculoskeletal pain can cause similar kind of chest pain.
So take simple painkiller like paracetamol or ibuprofen.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest.
Avoid movements causing pain.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
