How To Treat Chest Pain With Acid Reflux?

Hi I am a 72 year old female, I visited my doctor two days ago as a result of pains in the chest and reflux.
my doctor send me for a blood test and are waiting for the results. However, about 15 min ago I experienced a severe pain in the middle of my chest which has lessened but still there, I feel very shaky and am not sure what to do.
please help.

Hello.The most appropriate treatment for chest pain reflux are called proton pump inhibitors (Omeprazole, Lansoprazole, Pantoprazole ....).Although their pain seems to be related to reflux,remember that if you had a pain with pressure in the center of the chest and symptoms such as facial pallor, sweating, nausea
or difficulty breathing, you should go as soon as possible to an Emergency Service.I wish you good health.
