How To Treat Bump On Chin?

I have a huge bump on my chin that hurts and it only has clear liquid coming out of it. They keep recurring every few weeks or so how do I get rid of them/treat them. I generally have really sensitive skin and its not "acne prone" and I am allergic to benzoyl peroxide so I cant use acne treatments just fyi.

Can understand your concern..

As per your complain a lump on the chin which oozes clear fluid can be a BOIL OR FURUNCLE which is caused due to hair follicle infection caused by Staphylococcus infection leading to formation of a fluid filled or pus filled bump and can take place at any skin surface of the body..

The first thing that you should take care is that you should not pop the bump as it can lead to further infection and recurrent episodes..\

You need to apply topical antibiotic ointments as well s take a course of antibiotics for 7 days to 10 days

In case of pain you can take a painkiller like tylenol and ibuprofen..

Do warm compresses over the lump..

Use antiseptic soaps over the face to clean the area of the lump ..

Do not touch the lump with unwashed hands..

Use towels and other things without sharing with others..
