How To Treat The Hard Bump Under The Chin?

I have a hard bump under my chin a little to the right. It has been there for a couple of months now. It does not hurt and feels like its attached to the jaw. It started when I had a blind pimple in that spot and now its hard attached to bone and doesnt hurt or move. What could it be?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the given history here could be suggestive of lymph node under the chin and this could be submandibular lymph node this is some time becomes prominent to the extent that one can feel it very well while touching, but this is nothing to worry and this would go away soon, hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
