How To Treat Blurry Vision After Being Hit On Head?

Friend was sitting at desk, then stated that his vision went blurry and had trouble focusing. Removed contact lenses thinking that was the problem and vision got worse. Also reported seeing stars , like when getting hit on the head. Hypertension, pre-migraine symptoms?

Hello
It seems from the history that your friend had an episode of transient loss of vision.
This is called as amaurosis fugax.
The common causes for this are as part of prodromal symptom of migraine, hypertension, vascular causes involving retinal arteries, atherosclerosis....
If the attacks are recurrent it requires evaluation to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
