Hello It seems from the history that your mother has sustained a injury following which she has developed a blood clot in the eye. This can be a simple subconjunctival hemorrhage and it will resolve over a period of 3 to 4 weeks. No eye drops are requires for treatment of subconjunctival hemorrhage. However injuries to the eye or orbital bone fractures need to be ruled out. Hence I advice you to get doctors opinion regarding this.
Thank you
