How To Treat Bilateral Spondylolysis?
i am 31 years male ,last 3 months
grade 2 anterolisthesis of L5 over S1 with bilateral spondylolysis at L5
L5 S1 disc dessicstion pseudobulge indenting the thecal sac and causing neural foraminal stenosis leading to compression of bilateral exiting L5 nerve roots

I would love to see the scan and not just the report.
however, having read the report, I think you need to start a medicine like pregabalin.
meet your neurologist for a suitable prescription for the same (as per your body weight).
if the compression is too severe (for which the scan needs to be reviewed), a neurosurgery/spine surgery consultation may be needed.
