Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Usually sacroillitis pain will improve after corticosteroid injections locally. If not improving then it is not your cause of pain. For Lumbar herniated disc and associated back pain i advise NSAIDs like aceclofenac muscle relaxants like thiocolchicoside and neurotropic drugs.Lumbar supporting belt is also helpful in many.I also send them for physiotherapy along with this.If there is no improvement or worsening of pain a surgical correction can be considered after an MRI of Lumbar spine.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
