What am I supposed to do when I almost know that I don t want to use medication for my anxiety habits I want to be able to over come this myself, either Im always on my phone for comfort, always picking at my skin or just messing with EVERYTHING and I would like to be able to be more comfortable without medications and such, I want to do it myself physically & mentally. What are some natural tactics and ways used to soothe constant anxiety that has a huge physical effect along with mental but physically I have got to stop making my acne look worse and worse..help.

First, if you try hard, it will only get worse. So , let go. Dont try to control things. Meet a psychiatrist and plan your medication. You can perhaps decide to take the medicines for a short duration and then gradually wean yourself away. This will reduce your anxiety and you will be in a much better position to get over it. You may need some sessions with a psychiatrist to feel better. Do not worry. We all face such situations sometime or the other. Get help.
