How To Treat Allergic Reaction In Eye While Riding?
i am getting allergic reaction often , it happens only on one eye-predominantly on the left. There is no pain nor redness, just the eye keeps emitting flem and it shrinks. I am using Lotepred T. Its is helpful for the time being but the allergic reaction keeps reoccuring. its happens mostly when I am riding a bike.

In allergic condition like yours, one should use simple non-steroid anti allergic eye drops first.Now a days OLOPATADINE one drop once or twice a day for a month or so. take some oral pills also such as Monteleukast one tab daily for 10-15 days.
If this does not respond then only , drug like Lotepred is advisable. This is Steroid eye drop. If used, use in tapering dose . then it will have better long lasting effect.
Besides avoid touching by unclean fingers all the time. Avoid detergent around eyes.
