Hello,
If you did not attain a period after using the medical abortion, you should firstly exclude the possibility of the continuing pregnancy through a sonogram. If the completion of the abortion is confirmed through the sonogram, you may need hormones to induce a withdrawal bleeding. Yet, this is not possible for sure within two days; it may take at least 3-5 days. Please contact a specialist for a physical evaluation and further management. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
