How To Treat A Yellowish Puss Blister Caused By Stamping On The Nail?

I stepped on a nail about 3 months ago went to the dr. Got put on antibiotics and everything seemed to be fine. Well about a few days agi I noticed a blister in the same exact spot the same size as the hole. Well it started becoming painful and the blister popped today and a very small amount of yellowish puss came out but its extremely painful now and looks and feels as if I just stepped on a nail yesterday. I'm sure its infected and I will be going to a dr after the weekend, I'm just trying to figure out what caused this and how serious it is

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having nail bed infection giving this problem.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
go for regular dressing after proper cleaning the wound.
Ok and take care.
