hi i,am 40 yrs had hysterectomy 2 yrs ago due to heavy bleeding 20 cm fibroid needing 4 blood transfusions hemogl 6.7 and 6 cm dermoid cyst on left ovary also removed i now have a 3 cm cyst on my right ovary i dont want to leave it to late for cyst to grow large and lose my only ovary

Speak to your doctor about initiation of oral medication to help reduce the size of the cyst, if at all you do not see any results in about 3-6 months then I would recommend surgery, but speak to your doctor to try his/her best to avoid surgery as far as possible.
