How To Treat UTI With Pain And Swollen Vagina?

I have been at the hospital twice in the past 5 days and was diagnosed with a uti and severe yeast infection. They gave me Flagyl and Difflucan along with Nystatin Cream. My vagina is swollen and hurts so bad when I urinate from where it is so raw. Is there anything I can do to make this pain stop. It is horrible and has me in tears every time I have to go pee

Hi. I think you are having UTI along with vaginitis. If you had such a bad UTI, then you should get your urine culture done and treat urine infection with that specific antibiotic.Also take plenty of fluids.For pain and swelling in vagina, you can do Sitz bath twice a day, dry the parts thoroughly by dabbing and not rubbing and apply Candid-B cream plus vaginal tablets to cure raw vagina, after consulting your dr.Also, you can take a course of oral anti fungals.
