General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Typhoid is a miraculous disease, it will have all the features. Usually typhoid is associated with the eosinophelia. Your organism may be resistant to the monocef.
So consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, di ethyl carbamazine citrate, ranitidine, and paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
