How To Treat Chalazion Surgery X3 For Upper Eye Lid?
Chalazian surgery x3 for upper eye lid tried compresses, on antibx topical tobradex what else can i try some one suggested silica 200mg tid what is your recommendation. I also have roseacia and had hx bartholin gland cyst many years ago is there some correlation to these oil glands blocking up?

There is no such correlation. For chalazion minor surgery is the only treatment. After local anesthesia the gland is to be incised and scooped out.
