How To Treat BP Level Of 138/70 And 148/90?

I am 31 years old, work out 5 days a week, have a solid diet, all my cholesterol levels are in the normal range, sodium normal, but my blood pressure has been a low of 138/70 to 148/90. I don't understand why this is. High blood pressure also does not run in my family.
