Brief Answer:
pre hypertension

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If you are on medication for high blood pressure this reading is good since it is supposed to go less than 140/90.

If you are not known to have high blood pressure then this reading would be called - PRE HYPERTENSION

Blood pressure can be called --(1)normal,
(2) pre hypertension (not high blood pressure yet but heading in that direction, when the top value is greater than 130 OR the bottom greater than 90) or
(3) high blood pressure.
Because your top value is greater than 130, it would be prehypertension unless you are known to have high blood pressure.

In that case, you would be said to have controlled high blood pressure

These headings- normal, pre hypertension and high blood pressure are used to diagnose hypertension

If a person has been diagnosed with high blood pressure then they are either a person with controlled or uncontrolled high blood pressure. If a person known to have high blood pressure has a reading of less than 140/90, the blood pressure is controlled, if it is higher then it is uncontrolled.

Summary-- Depends on if you have high blood pressure or not. If you have high blood pressure, it is good, means that the blood pressure is controlled

If your blood pressure was normal before, means that you have pre hypertension and you may develop full high blood pressure at some point

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
