You have not mentioned what kind of problem you have. In females hypothyroidism is common. Hypothyroidism is due to deficiency of secretion of thyroid hormone from thyroid gland. Symptoms of hypothyroidism include constipation, swelling, cold intolerance, weakness, and hair loss etc. It is diagnosed by measuring T4 and TSH. Serum TSH is elevated in hypothyroidism while T4 is decreased. As your TSH is normal so I can exclude hypothyroidism. Hyperthyroidism is due to increased T4 and decreased TSH. Symptoms are diarrhea, increased heart rate, weight loss and excessive sweating etc.
Advice
1.     No need to worry for thyroid problem. Your thyroid is normal
2.     You can repeat the test – serum T4 & TSH for you satisfaction
3.     Other investigation – Hb%
4.     Consult a doctor with your problem
5.     Do meditation and workout in gym
6.     Involve yourself in productive activities
7.     Eat fruits and vegetables
Thanks
