How To Test For Blood Clots While On Raloxifene

I am a healthy 79 years old, I ve been taking Raloxifene the generic for Evista for 39 years without incident. My doctor did some blood work and found my Vit. D. is very low, so he put me on Vitamin D2 which is 50,000 units. I take one every week for 8 weeks. Yesterday was week two and in the night, I had severe cramping in both of my legs. Because one of the side effects of Raloxifene is blood clots, I m wondering if there is either a drug reaction here, or how do I tell if I m having a blood clot? Thank you for responding to this.
