hello doctor! good morning, doctor i am 21 year old.doctor right now i don t want kid so that region i had taken unwanted 72 already(i mean 16jun)but it s dose not work then my husband suggest me cipla mtpill , misoprost-200 and tranexamic acid &mefenamic acid tablets but i take mt pill 15 july but doctor there were a problem problem is that, 1st i take mt pill then by mistake i take tranexamic acid &mefenamic acid tablets now what will i do pls plssss suggest me

In the current scenario, you should immediately see a specialist and get a complete evaluation to plan further management. Please remember that self-medication to induce a medical abortion without any preliminary assessment and investigations is always fraught with danger. A trans-vaginal sonogram to locate the gestation sac and also to know the age of the pregnancy, urinalysis and blood counts must be done before planning an abortion, which is then done under medical supervision. Follow up is done after two weeks along with another sonogram. Hope this helps.
