Hello,
Gynaecosid cannot induce a medical abortion successfully. Since you have self-medicated, it is not known how far you were successful in the process. Since you have had a cesarean section recently, it would be unwise to tamper with the uterus any further. Please contact your health care provider for further management. A sonogram of the pelvis, preferably in the trans-vaginal route must be performed to know the status of the pelvic organs and if the abortion is done. Hope this helps.
