Hi Dr. I had unprotective sex for the first time on the 14th of September 2017, i am not confirmed of being pregnant but i am bloating and breasts are getting bigger, i have an inside navel and it feels clogged and i want to find out if hot guiness/ green papaya / pineapple consumption is effective for a miscarriage

Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.
As you might be aware that in a woman with regular cycle day 10 to 20 of the cycle is the most fertile period of the cycle.
If you happen to have unprotected sex activity in this period then you stand chance to get pregnant.

If you had your episode of unprotected sex activity in this period then only you need to be worried about the patency.

Also, I will suggest you wait for the expected date of menses. If you happen to cross your dates then please get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy, in case of any doubt blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.

Even if you are pregnant, you can opt for termination of pregnancy with abortion pills under medical supervision safely till 9 weeks of pregnancy.

In my opinion the fruits you have mentioned for natural abortion, do not have any scientific basis. So without getting into panic situation, please follow the above discussed steps .
