How To Terminate Pregnancy If Pregnant?

hello doctor..i need to ask few questions about pergnacy...my friend as had sex wit her boy friend a month a go,without any protection..she as bean sick for like 3weeks..and she as vomited what ever sheas eaten..the guy as confessed that he has not egaculated inside, please tell me if she is pregant?and tell me what can i do to help her for not being pregbet she is only 18years.please reply asap.

Understand your concern
First you have to confirm the pregnancy by blood HCG/USG. If intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week is confirmed you can use gynecologist prescribed abortion pill under supervision. Do not use abortion pill at home as it causes serious complication and failure rate is high. Mifepristone 600 mg should be followed by 800 ug misoprostol vaginally by gynecologist after 24 hour. Dose should be modified if there is no signs of abortion. Abortion will start in 30-50 minutes and last for 5-6 days. USG should be done at 14th day to confirm completeness process of abortion. Use emergency contraception pill and condoms like safe sex practice in future to avoid similar situation
