How To Stop Snoring And Dry Cough?

I am a 51 yr old woman whi is about 40 lbs over weight. I have stated snoring more than usual and i have a dry barking cough with a slight pressure when breathing. I am concerned that it is something seriouse or can it be helped with diet and exercise?

The most common cause of snoring is obesity and you know that if you exercise routinely it will help you in long run to cure your obesity as well as snoring.

In your case it seems that other contributing factors are also present like loose connective tissue near your wind pipe(larynx). So meet a ENT surgeon to assess the problem.

I like to tell you that snoring is a serious disease which has adverse effect on your heart, So it is better to seek help as soon as possible.

Before you get medical help continue your exercise regimen and intensify if it is possible. It is also advsable to avoid high calorie diet
