Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of blackhead on the face because hormonal change occurs at particular age and this condition is recurrent. It could be due to clogging of skin pores by dead bacteria and dust. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to wash your face with face wash containing benzoyl peroxide then apply cream containing azelaic acid which is safe and very effective. Exfoliate your skin with non comedogenic exfoliant once a week to remove dead skin. For inflammatory acne you should start with one of the oral antibiotics like Azithromycin or Minocycline. If condition doesn't get better in a month then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. Doctor may prescribe tretinoin ointment and antibiotic like clindamycin. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables also drink plenty of water. Apply vitamin E before going to bed to fine texture of skin.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
