How To Reduce Tension?

I have tension headaches weekly for a couple days at a time, sometimes more. I have tried everything over the counter, steriods, and non narcotic pain killers, but nothing is helping. My doctor does not prescribe narcotics and they have done tests and can find nothing physically wrong what should I do next to relieve the pain?
