hi im 28 weeks pregnant and ive been having pains in my tummy,seen my doctors and they say im ok but last night i woke up in real pain that kept coming and going,i felt sick and the pains were all over my tummy and pressure down below. my baby is kicking and moving well today,still uncomfortable though,not sure what to do

Hi.

I would not worry too much about it, a few aches and pains are common, and as you are already way passed your first trimester there should be nothing to worry about really.

If your doctor has examined you and found nothing wrong, then this should just be normal aches and pains associated with your changing uterus and abdominal size.
