How To Reduce Sore On Right Side Near Lower Rib Cage?
I fell on my stairs approximatelly 1 mounth ago. I struck the right center area of my back during the fall. I was stuned and thought I may have broken my back. After a moment I got up and was very sore especaiy on the right side near lower rib cage. It has been over a mounth ago and it is still very sore what should I do. A white male, age 60. 295 lbs.

It could be a costochondritis.
As of now you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
