How To Reduce Fat From Lower Waist Area?

dr. I am 28 yrs old. I'm 5.8' and 90 kilos. My marriage gets postponed because of my weight. I want to cut my fat at my thighs, buttocts, hips and i have flabs too. I have to put down weight quickly. Dr can I use injection or any anything that can cut my fat down. please help me

I am so sorry to hear of this difficulties you are facing with your weight. The fastest way to cut down excess fat is through surgery. Exercise, diet and maybe drugs would help reduce excess unwanted weight only in the long term. I understand the importance of looking great on your wedding day but taking aggressive measure to achieve this that is without consequences is exactly what I would not recommend. I am so sorry but if I were in your place, I would be considering to go ahead, wed and work on this weight on a long term plan.
