How To Reduce Blood Sugar Levels While Suffering From Type 2 Diabetes?

Hi, I just checked my blood sugar and it is 395 before meal. I was diagnosed typ 2 diabetes last year but I was not regular on medicines and gained weight. My current weight is 87 kg. I am quite worried because I feel eye pain and fatique always which is also affecting my work. Any suggestion as to how I may improve the situation quickly? I am eating velmetia 500 mg twice a day.

There are many ways to control the blood sugar like Diet control, Regular exercise,Oral Anti diabetic drugs etc. You should monitor the Blood Sugar and start the medicines accordingly. Regular medications is very important to keep the blood sugar within normal limit. Consult the diabetologist for suitable drug and dose.
