How To Reduce Abdominal Bloating?

I am a 51 year old woman and since I turned 51 in December I have gained 15 pounds and no matter what I put in my body my stomach blows up both top and bottom I can t fit in to any of my clothes and refuse to buy bigger sizes how do I get rid of the 15 pounds and the blotting?

As you mentioned that you gained 15 pounds within 8 months . Your clothes became tight , this is natural .
As far as concerned about bloating may be due to due to these possibilities , these include:
1 Over eating .
2 Indigestion.
3 Hyper acidity ( gastritis ) .
These measures may be useful for you:
Try raising the head of your bed about 4 inches with blocks. It migh also help to avoid eating or drinking for 2 hours before you lie down. Also avoid SWEETS , PIZZA, BURGERS , FRIED , SPICY GREASY FOODS .
Also avoid excessive tea , coffee.
In my opinion , you are gaining weight due to over eating ( please don't take it personally , this is merely a professional advise ) .
High fatty diet with high carbohydrate is the root cause of obesity .
Morning walk for 1 hour on empty stomach will help you.
Good luck.
15 pounds weight will reduce within a short period , if you will control your dietary habit.
However ORLISTAT 120 mg twice in day is also helpful in high weight ( obesity ).
