How To Reduce SGPT, SGOT, Bilirubin And Cholesterol Level?

Hi Doctor, My Name is Sakhawat,My wg -65kg,Age-32,My SGPT Level is 210 & SGOT Level is 156,Bilirubin is 2.38,But HBs Ag, Anti HCV, Anti HAV-1gM, Anti HEV-1gM, all are negative found.And ESR (Auto Analyzer Method) 13 mm in 1st hr.and S. Cholesterol level is 239 mg/dl, LDL. Cholesterol level is 173 mg/dl please advise me how to reduce my all level quickly. Sakhawat YYYY@YYYY

if you take alcohol, please stop taking it. alcoholic hepatitis can present with such enzymes. if you don't take alcohol, NASH or non alcoholic steatohepatitis related to bad lipid profile and metabolic syndrome must be considered . the diagnosis is made by biopsy. I suggest you stop your sugar intake altogether and repeat liver enzymes after 2 months. if no sign of improvement , we must look into rarer causes of chronic hepatitis like Wilson s disease and hemochromatosis.
