Hello and thank your for your question!
Smoking shisha was usually believed that had less negative effects that smoking normal cigaretts, but this is a misconception!!!
Shish has as many toxins as normal cigarettes including here tar, carbon monoxide and Nicotine, the addictive drug in cigarettes. So the negative effects of this toxins on your body are still present and may damage your heart, your lung and your blood vessels.
Our body has its own recuperative powers this means that when you stop smoking Shisha, your body will start to show improvements and will soon return to a more healthier state.
So the first thing to do is to decide to STOP SMOKING! You can ask for professional help on your local area. Also is reccomended to start exercising, do sports, a healthy diet and drink a lot of water during the day.
Best regards!
