How To Proceed With This Ultrasound Test Result During Pregnancy?

Hi dr..i am 36 week pregnant and i had an ultrasound indicates that there is two loops umblical cord around fetal neck.i consultated with 2 doctors both have different opinion. .one said i have to go for elective c section other said vaginal delivery is also possible. .i want to know that what is best for my baby and me.please reply. Thanks

I have to say very original comments that loops around neck suggest to undergo c section most of the times but if doctor is very experienced in conducting deliveries- only then- normal delivery may be attempted.
