How To Prevent Tonsillitis?

tonsil stones, please help!
i have always had issues with my throat but never ended up getting my tonsils removed (things suchh as tonsillitis) i have noticed that im always coughing up these annoying stones and they smell horrible and not to mention they make my breath smell horrible. ive been gargling with grapefruit seed extract and eliminating dairy from my diet on hopes of getting rid of these things once and for all but, like always, they returned. please tell me what it is i can do to prevent these from reoccurring! they are making my life miserable!

ENT Specialist 's  Response
in my opinion this tonsillopharyngitis occurs due to repeated irritation to them. I would recommend you to have chlorhexidine gargles to reduce bad breath smell. avoid cold drinks, cold, spicy, sour food to further irritate tonsis. and once they get settled go for tonsillectomy.
