Hi,

It seems that you may be having alopecia areata. It is an autoimmune disease featured by sudden loss of hairs in patches. Exact cause is not known. But, you are right. Stress can precipitate the disease.

You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis.

You must have relaxed mood. Avoid tension and worries and have positive thinking.

You may apply tacrolimus lotion 0.1% twice a day on the bald patches. Steroid in tappering dose would be helpful. Biotin 10 mg tab may be taken for long time. Immunomodulator like Levamisole 50 mg at night may be taken. You might improve after few months treatment. I hope you got my answer.
