i m 26 . and i want o prepond my periods..as it is irregular....

Welcome to healthcare magic forum
First you will have to visit a gynaecologist for an examination, and do some tests like Ultrasonography of abd , thyroid function tests, to find out why your menses are irregular. Only then treatment can be decided, as there are a number of illness , which causes irregular menses.
Also , you can visit a homoepath for the same.
