How To Overcome Vibrant Contractions From 3 Weeks?

i am 38 weeks pregnant, and my doctr has a habit of giving people contraction shots when they start having serious pain. ive been having strong vibrant contractions for almost 3 weeks straight and dont want any shots, i want to go ahead and induce labor. will olive oil help, hurt, or have no affect what-so-ever on this matter?

Hi Mumma,

You have completed 38 weeks of pregnancy. So the foetus is fully mature now and is ready to deliver any time. It is absolutely safe for the baby. So if you are having painful uterine contractions, you need not worry about it.

Now is the question of your doctor giving an injection which increases the uterine contractions. Well you only have to refuse it if you do not think it is not required and you want to enter the labour contractions naturally.

I do not feel you should take any steps to induce your labour. From now on for next 2 weeks, it is safe for you to start the labour pains and deliver.

I hope you got proper guidance.
