Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to history your liver enzymes are elevated. It can be due to liver problem or it can be from Celiac disease. To rule out Celiac disease investigate with anti tissue transglutaminase antibody estimation. To check liver problem I need to know your Liver enzyme values and kindly attach your report for giving further comment regarding that. USB abdomen scan is also advisable. According to course for the management can be decided. Consult physician for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
