i have severe swelling in my feet and lower calves that started when I got a tattoo on my lower calf and now there not getting any better there both swelling and my left one gets so tight that my leg infront of my chin has open sores and draining yellow discharge

You might have developed cellulitis.
This is deep bacterial infection.
Bacteria get entry from puncture site and with infected needle.
Treatment is with antibiotics,
