How To Overcome The Pain In The Upper Left Arm, And The Veins Along My Left Arm ?
Having pain in my upper left arm, and the veins along my left arm and across the left side of my chest are very visibly light blue. Donated blood five days ago, not sure if that has anything to do with it. The pain is not at the point where the needle entered. The pain in the upper arm near the armpit.

Some time after puncture of the vein there is aseptic inflammation along the course of vein leading on to swelling and thickening and pain along the vein.This will subside after a few days.
