How To Overcome The Pain In My Neck?

I have pain in my neck when I move it and it s in my shoulder and arm with weakness and pins n needles in my fingers.ive had a x-Ray then sent me for a MRI scan and it s come back wear and tea,I ve been like this for 3months so they are sending me for physio.ive had co-codimo,diazepam,naproxen amitriptyline,pregabalin and they all relax me but that s it.its getting me down now
