How To Overcome The Itching Around My Vaginal Area?
Sometimes I get painfully itchy around my vaginal area which is almost always followed by a feeling I can only describe as a needle inside my clitorus. I've been tested for stds and its all been negative, but I'm not sure why I still feel this? It gets so bad that when I use the bathroom it burns, and it is painful to have sex. Any ideas on what it can be,?

from history it seems that you might be having fungal infection super added with bacterial infection.
Go for one course of anti-fungal and antibiotic medicine course.
Apply triple acting cream locally.
Keep local hygiene clean and hygienic.
Clean your local part with plane water daily while taking bath.
