Hi,

As you said you have boils on buttock. If they are deep one, go to dermatologist or surgeon to have puncture or incision and drainage. If it is superficial, then the drugs you are taking, continue for 1 to 2 weeks. Apply antibiotic cream like gentamycine. Take bat in dettol containing water. Your immunity might be poor. Take immunoboosters. Improve health by nutritional food and exercise. Improve hygiene by regular bath in dettol contsining water. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
